A weekly roundup of media news, sans effort
Quote of the week
“I think people expect mud at festivals, I think you’d be asking for your money back if you didn’t get it.”
We’re not sure we agree with Manchester legend Peter Hook, but his words sprang to mind today as reports came in from the mud bath that is currently Leeds 2016.
Weekly high
Yes, yes, yes, and again yes. Most people know about our insane love for animals- hence the whole Pet PR specialist side of the business. As such you’ll be unsurprised to know that for us this week is all about today- National Dog Day! Rarely have three words sounded so sweet, and we’ve found the perfect video to celebrate with. Frank, potentially the World’s Happiest Dog. Look at his little self.
Weekly low
We’re not 100% sure who on Team Trump thought it would be a good idea to get Nigel Farage over to give a speech, but clearly that person has not been doing their homework about his perception in the UK- whether you wanted out or to stay in the EU, his departure immediately after the referendum doesn’t exactly say ‘committed to the cause’. Or any cause, for that matter.
