The Coming War On China is, amazingly, the 60th film celebrated investigative journalist John Pilger has made for television. Focussed on military sabre rattling by the U.S., and what this means for stability in the Asia-Pacific region, it was broadcast late on Monday night, but is still available to watch here. Germany’s largest supermarket, Edeka, has been accused of ‘littering’ its Christmas advert with Far Right iconography, including use of SS, 420, 84, and 39- combinations of letters and numbers that have far-reaching connotations amongst fascist groups, with links to the Third Reich’s surveillance forces, Hitler’s birthday and Christian pride. Definitely not great for publicity, needless to say the rumours have been denied outright.
