BROADCAST- Doctor Who’s 50th Anniversary episode, aired last Saturday, is believed to have drawn the largest ever TV audience for a dramatic presentation.
DIGITAL- The word ‘selfie’ has been added to the Oxford English Dictionary, with the same linguistic experts voting it Word of the Year 2013.

PRINT- A 2005 Radio Times cover depicting a Dalek has been voted the best magazine cover of the last century by The Professional Publisher’s Association.

SOCIAL- Germany will overtake the UK in 2014 as Europe’s most active social networking country, with some 35.4million residents set to log on regularly.
SOCIAL- Significant changes afoot on Twitter, including the removal of ‘DM anyone’, updated advertising offerings and a new Timeline feature.
SOCIAL- LinkedIn has introduced new Showcase Pages that companies can use to highlight hero brands, specific business areas and initiatives.
