Despite all the comedy, though, the worst part of this week was watching social media blow up with uninformed political commentary, thus making the life of anyone who has to use such channels for work twice as hard, and infinitely more annoying. Still, just a few weeks to go now…

Facebook has announced a major new push to make augmented reality mainstream, which has advertisers rather excited- more on this from us next week. 

The Advertising Standards Agency requested alterations to a record number of ads in 2016, revealing how brand-owned content on company websites is becoming harder to regulate.
