Wednesday was National Opera Day, which not many people seemed to pick up on, apart from the marketing team at vehicle specialist Leasing Options in Manchester, who decided to bring in professional singers to answer some inbound calls, resulting in some pretty confused, and amused, customers.

This week Wikipedia made the decision to remove the Daily Mail from its list of approved sources for article references, due to its reputation for poor fact checking and sensationalism. Oh dear.
