While this week’s BRIT Awards were once again criticised for being a tame shadow of the ceremony’s raucous 1990s glory Jay Z and Beyonce showed the viral power of video by accepting their gong in front of a portrait of Meghan Markle— paying tribute to the only minority representative in the Royal Family.

Weekly Low 

Golf supremo Matt Kuchar won the Mayakoba Golf Classic in Mexico, along with over $1million in prize money. It then transpired he only paid his caddy $5,000 rather than the going rate of 10% of the competition prize money, which he attempted to legitimise by saying “for a guy who makes $200 a day, a $5,000 week is a really big week”. You can imagine what happened next.
