Just when you thought it was safe to open the Media Guardian the Murdochs are back on the front page. After appearing earlier this year to face questioning on whether or not he was complicit in the phone hacking practices apparently widespread at News of the World, James Murdoch again went before MPs to claim his innocence, before being labelled a ‘mafia boss’.
