With the air beginning to spell an impending change of season it’s fitting that we’re currently focused on the future. First up then we’re delighted to announce the arrival of HEXBUG, the latest brand to employ our services on a retained basis.
Manufactured by U.S. engineering firm Innovation First, the toys use micro-robotics to mimic the movement of real insects, and have already proved a huge hit amongst children here in the UK. Understandably, then, our team can’t wait to have some fun helping drum up serious coverage and exposure ahead of the Christmas rush and beyond.
We’re also delighted to spread the news that Smoking Gun PR has picked up a few more nominations for accolades, making for another entry into the office’s ceremonial diary. Shortlisted in the media relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Consumer Campaign and Consultancy categories at the Fresh PR Awards 2013, we’ll be on collective tenterhooks until the event, which takes place in Manchester, on 25th September.

TV Blogster awards in the ‘Media’ category for her blog, sydneysocial101.com, after running the domain remotely since returning from Australia in November last year.
