As a senior influencer executive you will play a vital role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement and increase sales for some of the UK’s most well-known brands.
This position requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.

More about the role
The role is full-time and on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for –
- Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies aligned with our clients’ goals and target audience – this includes inputting on creative and the content-roll out strategies
- Identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers (gifted and paid) across various platforms, to effectively promote our clients’ brand/ product
- Negotiating and managing contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring clear deliverables and expectations
- Managing client influencer budgets
- Liaising with the Social and PR teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage via paid/ PR
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future strategies
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managing ongoing communications, feedback, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Identifying and cultivating new influencer partnerships to expand brand reach and drive new opportunities for clients
- Planning and managing the organisation of influencer events / IRL activations
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory guidelines and ensure all influencer campaigns adhere to legal and ethical standards
- Continuously evaluating and improve influencer marketing processes and strategies to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives
Essential experience/ requirements
- 2 years experience working in an influencer marketing role (brand or agency side) which includes paid for influencers
- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines surrounding influencer marketing
