Social Media Account Executive

Thanks to some sensational new client wins and an ambitious growth period ahead, we have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Account Executive to join our ambitious and fast-paced Manchester team.

More about the role 

The role is full-time and on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for – 

  • Managing social media activity for a number of B2C and B2B clients
  • Supporting senior members of the team with day-to-day activities, campaigns and new business
  • Create and publish engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with client strategies and brand guidelines 
  • Drafting content planners and blog posts for clients and agency channels
  • Supporting the senior team with proposal development
  • Briefing our designer on photography, videography and design to produce content for social channels
  • Copywriting skills must be sharp with ability to write in multiple tone of voices
  • Attending events, stunts and leading client meetings
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest social trends, platform developments and evaluation methods
  • Managing relationships with bloggers, vloggers and social influencers
  • Setting up and managing paid adverts and boosted content on relevant channels
  • Client management and reporting
  • Utilising social media management tools to schedule and optimise content, track performance and generate reports 

Essential experience/ requirements

  • Approx 1 year agency experience working in a social media/ digital role
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously 
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary banding – £22k – £24k.
