DIGITAL- Sony is preparing to launch its ‘phablet’- the world’s thinnest smartphone with the world’s largest screen, along with a ‘smartwatch’.
DIGITAL- Disney is in the process of setting up a UK version of its parenting website, Family.com, with former BBC, Emap, and Natmag staff writers.
DIGITAL- Nearly £1billion has been spent on mobile advertising so far this year, an increase of almost 90%.
PRINT- The Sunday Mirror has launched a new magazine, Notebook. Pegged as the ‘Pinterest of print’, it replaces the old Celebs On Sunday supplement.
