Hayley is a strategic communications specialist with over 20 years of experience delivering insight-led, creative PR campaigns that drive measurable business impact. She is passionate about getting under the skin of brands, their audiences and the wider market to solve complex communications challenges through robust strategic planning.

At Smoking Gun, Hayley has developed the agency’s proprietary 6i strategic process and plays a key role in training and mentoring teams, including developing and teaching a PR & Comms apprenticeship programme. She is a strong advocate for elevating the role of PR within the wider marketing mix through better planning, smarter integration and more effective measurement to ensure PR delivers real business impact.

Hayley has delivered award-winning campaigns for major brands including Alton Towers Resort, leading high-profile launches such as Nemesis Reborn and The Curse at Alton Manor. She has also helped brands like Philips grow market share in competitive categories including airfryers, coffee machines and e-mops.

A results-driven and tenacious PR professional, Hayley combines strategic rigour with creativity to deliver highly effective campaigns.
